Case Studies

    Salon Conversion

    The client approached us with the idea of transforming their garage into a functional hair salon. Our first step was to assess whether the conversion was feasible, followed by providing suggestions on how best to utilise the space. We also assisted with the planning application process.The project posed some challenges, particularly because there was no existing water or drainage system. Ensuring that these utilities could be installed was our top priority. Once that was confirmed, we moved forward with the installation of new windows, a composite door, and full insulation to meet building regulations. We also handled the complete electrical setup, plastering, and finishing in-house.

    Kitchen Renovation

    This was a large-scale project involving building regulations, as it required the removal of a load-bearing wall to create an open-plan kitchen and dining area. We coordinated the structural calculations for the necessary steel beam and supplied the materials. Afterward, we installed a new kitchen, along with new flooring throughout the space.
